Synopsis

Davis Hope wants to be remembered as an actor with artistic integrity who never took a job just for the money. Unfortunately he is currently known as 'that guy from the erectile dysfunction commercial who once spent half a season on Blossom'. Finding himself in one belittling situation after another, Davis has decided that he will give himself until the age of 35 to make it or he is going home to start a real life.

Callbacks is cringe comedy in the spirit of Curb Your Enthusiasm and Ricky Gervais' The Office that shows the realistic life of an actor that hasn't quite made it. Whether it is getting turned down at an audition, rebuffed by a woman, or fired by his agent, Davis is constantly reminded that he is not handsome, smart or talented enough to make it as an actor.
